Aztec Civilization vs Inca Civilization

Get ready to go back in time!  We are going back hundreds of years to the ancient civilizations.  Over the next couple of days we are going to research the Aztec and Inca civilizations.  Once you have completed the expected tasks below, you will finally be ready to compare and contrast the two ancient civilizations.  I hope you enjoy the journey ahead!

Day 1: Click on the websites listed below and read through out the sites and take notes on both the civilizations.    Key information to look out for: time period, location, achievements, lifestyle, etc.

Day 2: Using your notes from Day 1, you will fill out a Venn Diagram comparing the two civilizations.
 

Day 3:  Using your notes from Day 1 and the Venn Diagram from Day 2, you will create a Power Point Slide Show comparing and contrasting the two civilizations.  The slide show should have a total of 6-10 slides that include: an introduction, 2-3 slides showing comparisons between the two civilizations, 2-3 slides showing differences between the two civilizations, and your last slide should be a conclusion.  Use all different fonts, colors, and include pictures.  Be creative!!!

 

When all of you have completed your Power Point Slide Show, each student will get the opportunity to present their slide show to the class.
